Booking security and privacy

Pathfinder uses your contact details to verify your email and arrange your appointment. Reservations last ten minutes and expire automatically unless you complete the emailed confirmation. Expired verification details are removed by our half-hourly cleanup.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated submissions. We transform the connecting IP address into a keyed network identifier before storing it with the reservation. These identifiers are restricted to authorised practice staff, used to investigate booking misuse, and deleted after 30 days. They are personal data, not anonymous records. A shared network does not establish that bookings were made by the same person.

We use these proportionate measures for our legitimate interest in protecting appointment availability and preventing abuse. A clinician records attendance and reviews rebooking after a no-show. Network matches do not automatically block access to therapy.
